There will only be one charge per delivery no matter how many items you order. This amount will be in line with the delivery price list and this amount will be clearly shown in your shopping basket before you confirm your order.
Delivery is available to all UK mainland delivery addresses only.
Deliveries of doors and larger spares items will be made by our own fleet of specialist vehicles and will normally occur between 8.00 am and 6.00 pm. Some items of spares may be posted to you.
Because of the specialist nature of the product someone needs to be available to receive and sign for the delivery. In some cases our driver may need assistance with offloading of the product. Prior to delivery we will contact you most probably by telephone to arrange delivery with you. Currently exact delivery times cannot be given however we will give you an am or pm delivery slot and if possible we will be more specific.
Please leave a day time telephone number so that we can contact you if necessary. Working days are classified as Monday to Friday and exclude bank holidays.
If you are not at home when your goods are delivered we will normally leave a card with instructions on how to reschedule delivery.
If your goods are incorrect, faulty or damaged on delivery you have the option to receive a replacement or a full refund.
The prices for goods displayed for sale on this site are as set out on the site and are exclusive of VAT. VAT will be added at the current rate and will be clearly shown when you click on the View Basket button. Delivery will be charged in addition, and any such additional charges are clearly displayed when they apply. Prices and delivery charges displayed are valid and effective only in the United Kingdom.
Chamberlain Doors Limited cannot accept your order until you have paid for it in full (including applicable delivery charges). Upon payment, we will confirm acceptance of your order by e-mail which will be sent to the e-mail address you provide on your order details. Whether or not you receive the e-mail, our acceptance of your order will create a legally binding contract between us. We reserve the right not to supply at our discretion.
You may cancel your order for standard goods at any stage before delivery by notifying us in writing at the address above or by e-mailing us at info@chamberlaindoors.co.uk
We aim to process your order for dispatch to you within ten working days of receiving it but often you will receive the goods well within this delivery time.
On cancellation for whatever reason you must return to us the goods we have delivered to you. In all instances we will arrange collection of the goods from you and if the goods are faulty, incorrect or damaged on delivery we will meet the cost of return and replace or exchange any such goods; or refund you for the price paid including delivery charges. In all other circumstances we will (at your option) exchange the goods or refund you the amount paid for the goods only. Any goods which have been damaged after delivery will not be collected and no refund will be given.
In the event that you wish to return any of our products, e-mail us at info@chamberlaindoors.co.uk or call 01942 832355 and advise our customer services team that you wish to return the goods. We will arrange for collection from your delivery address within one week of authorization from our customer services team.
Refunds will be credited directly to the same debit or credit card used when placing the order. All refunds will be made within 28 days or receipt of the returned order.
This policy is in addition to any statutory rights you may have as a consumer, which remains unaffected.
In these terms and conditions:-
‘Chamberlain Doors’ means, Chamberlain Doors Limited and companies and any other connected organization that supplies the goods ordered by you and any successor to its business.
‘We and Us’ means Chamberlain Doors either alone or together with you, as the context requires;
‘Working day’ means every day of the year except weekends and English statutory and public holidays;
‘You’ means the person ordering the goods subject to these terms and conditions;
We may at any time make changes to this site and the details displayed on it (including prices).
We shall not be liable to you where performance of any of our obligations is prevented, frustrated or impeded by reasons of acts of God, war and other hostilities, civil commotion, accident, strikes, lock outs, trade disputes, acts or restraints from Government, imposition or restrictions of imports or exports or any other cause not within the reasonable control of Chamberlain Doors Limited.
If any part of these terms and conditions is found to be unenforceable as a matter of law, all other parts of these terms and conditions shall not be affected and shall remain in force.
We cannot guarantee that the appearance and/or colours of products shown on this site exactly reproduce the appearance and/or colours of the physical products themselves. All sizes quoted are approximate.
To the extent permitted by law Chamberlain Doors Limited accepts no liability for any loss, damage or injury arising as a consequence of the advice produced.
These terms and conditions and any contract between us shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and the English courts shall have jurisdiction over any disputes between us.
